I'm Johnny, and, um, I just moved to Chicago 'cause I needed a change and I wanted to live in, like, a really big city, and Chicago just seemed - neat. Oprah's from here!
(Not that I ... like her or anything. Just kinda seems like having the president in your backyard. Or something.)
I like lots of things and I'm looking for a job and, um, yeah, a friend wouldn't be bad.I haven't had one in like four years except for Matt and he never looked for me but I'm sure that doesn't mean anything bad about me.
My mom died four years ago so I might talk about her a lot. I dunno. It was kind of hard to leave her.
I don't talk much about my dad. I'm sure he's actually a good guy.
Um. And I love alien stories and dinosaurs - like ... I want to be a paleontologist!Yeah. That makes me seem less like a fucking three-year-old. I ... didn't finish high school or anything, but once I get settled here I plan on going back and ... studying what I need to.
So yeah! If you think we'd be cool together, friend me! I'm nice, honest. :)
Jonathan Stens is a Healing Angel who has no idea (yet) that that's what he is. Living on the street when his wings came out, Johnny freaked the fuck out and decided to believe that it was simply a bad reaction from drugs he must've been slipped. No idea where or when this happened, but yeah. GOT to be the drugs. (Those wings he doesn't believe in are chalky powder blue when they come out. But they don't exist. So.)
Johnny is seventeen now though he really seems more like thirteen. He mostly wears jeans and tshirts or flannel shirts, sometimes a jean jacket. Whenever you see him his dark hair will likely be messy and in his eyes, and he will always be wearing the necklace his mother used to wear. A silver chain with a very girly sapphire pendant on it. If you don't want to hurt his feelings gravely, you will not make fun of this.
Johnny just seems - young. Innocent and very sweet, naive, and determined to trust everyone and believe the best in them even when they don't deserve it - maybe especially when they don't deserve it.
He gets it from his mom. (A Healing angel who chose to marry a slightly abusive human - but he had good deep down, he did! - and chose to be a nurse. When Johnny puts all the pieces together, he will understand how she ended up drinking herself to death. He will think she was stupid and didn't care enough for herself and will be kinda pissed and will also totally follow in her footsteps without even meaning to.) From his Dad, he has a rarely-seen temper. Rarely seen, but it's definitely there.
Johnny had a not-ideal childhood but mostly he just concentrates on the good stuff. It's better that way.
Johnny belongs to me.Mwahahahaha. But I do not own Keanu Reeves, and this journal is for fun and not profit. So ... yeah. :p
